The ITrex team have worked tirelessly during what is normally staff downtime to bring to our clients the new, improved ‘Your ITrex’. We believe that our clients deserve the very best from us and so we have brought to them new ways to manage all aspects of their projects and hosting solutions.
Clients are now able to view/manage projects, looking at proposed completion dates, real time development scheduals and add documents and tasks. They can also request and manage support in a simple and powerful support system. We have further spent time making paying/reviewing invoices easy to do. Everything now at the click of a button.
It is important to say that this will not effect the way we do business. We will never replace face to face and telephone business and support. These systems have been created purely as another feature to offer to our clients.
